Pizzas good. But Don't pre-order I'm still waiting over 40 minutes from the time I pre ordered it to be here. First time I tried the order in advance And the last time.

Horrible customer service, they would not allow take out even though they are open till 12am. Which they asked us to step outside to order on the phone and then they will deliver to our house. Which personally makes no sense. And In the middle of our conversation they walked away and didn't respond to if we could order on the phone and pick up there at the store. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Don't go there because they don't respect their store hours.

Called papa johns and was on hold for over 5 minutes. I decide to hang up and simply download the app and order pizza that way. I ordered two pizzas ( which you would think is not that hard to manage... I was wrong ). The app said it would be ready between 14-25 mins. Not a big deal, that's the normal. My boyfriend and I did some errands and stopped to pick up the pizza at 6pm (we ordered at 5:30) and I had received the confirmation that my order was ready. Walked in, paid for the pizza and they pointed at the pizza band said "it'll be out in a moment, we just need to box it". Great! No biggie! LIES! We patiently wait for the pizza. 15 mins go by and finally the girl comes back to the counter to check out a different customer, looks at us and said "sorry, there was mistake with your pizza we have to remake it." Sooo hold on, for 15 mins you did not realize that you messed up the pizza and had us wait for no reason? Why couldn't you have said that earlier?!? Whatever, I walk out and leave my boyfriend in the inside to wait for the pizza because I simply could no longer stand there and pretend to be happy when I was simply furious! Another 15 mins go by, now it's 6:30pm and still no pizza!

I placed an order on the Papa John's app and was charged $16.78 and when the driver arrived he had a bill for $26.52 I showed the driver the email confirmation and he said to call the store which I did Josway ( the manager) put me on hold for about 4 minutes. The driver which was understanding called and immediately got through. When I spoke to Josway he didn't want to hear and He assisted that a pay the amount of $26.52 I sent the back with the pizza.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It's been problem after problem with this location. First order I ever placed was perfect. After that it's a whole different story. Either they forget an item, pizza comes all smashed to one side, takes forever to get here, or just never shows up at all. Management is horrible just like the location itself. I would recommend dominos over this place any day and I hate dominos. Had high hopes from the first order ever placed but time and time again they've proven to be horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere cause this place went down the drain.
